So it looks like Country is the new Glam, so you could say sheep are the new

chihuahua's, tractors are the new taxi's & of coarse riding boots are the new stiletto's

haha ok you get the point! This is because the Country trend has been is all over the catwalk from the statement Tweed overcoat to a charismatic pair of argyle socks to those sturdy riding boots you name it in corperation with the alliterative pair Tartan and Tweed of coarse. They have been in very high demand as of late from designers such as Ralph lauren, Vivienne Westwood and Burburry starring in countless Autumn/Winter 12/13 collections. I actually quite love this trend being a city girl myself Farmer chic is not usually the look I go for but I just realised In my last outfit post I was coincidentally sporting my Vintage Tweed Anderson blazer which is country at its best really I guess I am quite ahead of the trends then haha. So even though this post may be a tad premature cus we're not even out of summer yet (not that you would know from the disturbing amount of rain we've been experiencing over here ) comment below telling me weather you love or loathe the Country trend xox
