Hey dolls for the a/w season a killer over coat is an absolute staple and then some! In this looks this thrifted gem is the main course, side salad as well as the cherry on top all in one! I'm obsessed with how chic it is. As I said in my last post I cant stop wearing grey T's therefore its actually comical that on this day I thought I'd rock the boat by donning a grey cop top instead? I can say the hunt for the perfect denim jacket had been so real in my life. So when my on-again-of-again lusting for one finally came to an end, when I got my hands on this bad boy, It felt like a prayer had been well and truly answered! The grey tee has become my second skin so I added this stunning holographic beauty for an unexpected edge and off course my new balance babies making the look super casual and day time appropriate.

I can't quite put a finger on which specific element about this collection got me, but non the less is got me good. As I scrolled through the images which captured the sensational craftsmanship of Schwab's work, I was awestruck by the air of minimalist beauty that cocooned every piece of fabric. I feel his work is so understated, yet completely mesmerizing. His work isn't the girl screaming at the top of her lungs to get heard above everyone else's chatter, it's the girl whispering slowly and eloquently, blowing the minds of the two people who are hanging onto her every breath. The clean cut's married with his structural elegance makes this for me, by far one of the best show's fashion month has had to offer. Yet another alumni of the Central Saint Martins haven, that I'm adding to my list of favourite designers you could say his work is sheer brilliance -quite literally.

Black in fashion is held like the Godfather; not being loud but yet saying so much exuding and undisputed air of mystery and dominance; how I've survived my entire 17 years on earth without yet fully, until this day immersing myself in a cocoon of the darkest shade is beyond me. We've all heard the infamous blogger quotes such as' I'll stop wearing black when they make a darker colour' and ' Black is the new black' .Simply informing you black in itself, is a shade far superior, in no competition with the other flouncy shades along the spectrum. And after sporting this look I can truly say I am now a firm believer of cult black. The way the duffer kimono also caught the wind behind me as I strode just had me feeling like an all black super villain, which I of course loved! Ha

This trend just speaks for itself doesn't it! Kimono's have been pretty much in every nook and cranny, from the window displays in sunset boulevard to the sale racks in oriental capital's. They're killer for a reason; the genius way to adding that much needed finish touch to an outfit during the summer without having to sacrifice comfort for #swag ha. Lanzarote was a beautiful whirlwind, I can honestly say I nearly cried when I we landed because of how darn pretty it was (you can tell I don't leave the country much ha). So of coarse whilst I was there we had to sneak in some cheeky outfit snaps. This looks is a bit of a mish mash; sophisticated crisp white midi, with an Arabian style head chain (I basically felt like princess Jasmine's prodigy in it) rounded off with some new balance trainers for a sport luxe edge, cus why not eh.
