Happy Friday dears! In this post I’m showing you the three ways I styled my high waited jeans, If you know me you know I adore anything high waited so I of coarse love these jeans I DIY'ed! I tried to make my looks as different as possible to show you their amazing versatility so there’s something for everyone. Hope you enjoy the post dolls. Ahh so Mary Katrantzou does it again although I can't lie, personally I probably couldnt muster enough courage to wear everything from her a/w Ready to Wear line which she unveiled today at LFW but theres no denying her peices are ridiculously amazeballs aha! Last time I posted about her my concluding sentence was 'I just can't wait to see what she comes up with next' and boy was I not dissapointed! She absolutely knockes the ball out of the stadium with this killer collection!

Style Limelight / Style Marmalade

There's just something about a full white/cream ensemble which oozes a blasé and nonchalance that an outfit of mixed colours and textures could never wish to posses. I absolutely adore this trend; the versatility is incredible, evidently through the stark example of how on the one, extremely in need of a manicure hand, the lass in the pallazo pants looks like she means business and probably wouldnt raise any plucked brows in a board meeting on wall street (yes the board meeting would probably be of a fashion house but one in the same right) whilst on the other, the girl in the gladiators and windswept hair's super cool, more casj get up wouldnt look too overdressed taking a stroll in a park (again probably a trendy park in manhattan somewhere aha). Which proves this trend can pretty much be worn by anyone. Although, due to my self confessed extreme clumsiness I would fear; eating, drinking, travelling and lets face it when I'm concerned, breathing whilst sporting such an unforgiving colour for me it would no simple task but for those stylish ladies above it's proven quite effortless.Below Ive chosen just a few of my favourite all white High street pieces for some insparation.

OhSo Half sheer maxi skirt

Hey deary dears, this was me in my Sunday best being a fashion martyr, braving the cold in an amazing half sheer steal from Amazon. After being on the hunt for a sheer maxi skirt for absolute centuries, you can only imagine how ecstatic I was to find it at £10, yes I was as shocked as you are! I’m also wearing my new trilby which I got over Christmas, H&M jumper, Forever 21 belt, some random jewellery & Primark flats. Hope you like!

Talking about skirts in the wintertime I would just love if you could check out my cousin's vid on just that! Ofcoarse comment, subscribe & like if you do!

Ohso farewell 2012

Happy New Year Every Body! It’s so weird that its 2013, I feel as if in 2012 so much has happened. I mean, we survived the end of the world twice, now that's got to be a story to tell the grandkids right. This time last year I hadn't even surfaced on the blogosphere (my blogs a year old on the 13th, how cute.) I hadn’t known anything about blogging or such like and basically my life was incomplete haha. I have to say as cliché as it might sound, I really do love blogging although it takes me literally weeks to get a single post up... which leads to my New Year’s resolution. I know I know, New Year’s resolutions are basically made to be broken precisely between 2-7 days after they are set, but this year mine is to blog more regularly and I actually plan to keep it! It’s quite shocking when I look at my blogs archive and see in the entire Year of 2012 I only updated 17times! I know I deserve to stoned & when I compare this to the likes of some of my favourite bloggers for example the man reppeller who posts every 2 or 3 days this means in 2012 she would have posted around 122 times! Yes these figures do make me feel like a failure, so I unsuccessfully comfort myself by reciting the phrase 'quality over quantity'. *Que Anthem* But no more! In 2013 I pledge to post on my blog Ohsofashion at least once a week! Haha so that’s my New Year’s resolution I would love to hear what yours' are so comment them below! As I scrolled through the Vogue archive of the 2013 Spring/Summer collections, this particular collection didn't just grab my attention but it basically captivated my senses! This collection to me is nothing short of amazing even though I'm not 100% sure on how to pronounce her name Mary Katrantzou is an absolute genius, her collection's not just a mere compilation of assorted garments but individual masterpieces.

She took the massively popular Aztec trend and made it couture by infusing it with oriental style fabrics and stamps! I mean talk about innovation in fashion. I believe this epitomises Coco Chanel's famous quote 'Fashion is in the sky, in the streets, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening' Well Mary obviously agrees as she found a way of even incorporating the postage system into her designs how chic. She also married stiff boxy materials with high necklines to add that subtle hint of androgyny which of coarse I adore.Just looking at the collection you can see the creator is a true craftswoman; as her clothes ooze a different type of class and sophistication to the norm. I cant believe before this collection I hadn't known of her but now I do, I just cant wait to see what she comes up with next. OhSo: Assymetrical pleats

Hey dolls ,this is a uber short post to show you all this asymetrical pleated gem that I wore to an Engagement party the other week; What I wore; Dorothy Perkins blazer, New look earrings, Fringed wedges, Orange shirt, and Navy high low skirt with my barely visible casio! I know tangerine and Navy aren't the first 2 colours dulux would put together but I thought they looked kinda cool together, at the time, maybe? lol so I thought why not it was an amazing day and the sun hadn't quite gone into hibernation so i just couldn't resist.
